D6 Han Dynasty LE Fountain Pen - 18K Gold Nib

Discontinued in late 2025, this limited-production model features Hongdian’s finest work to date: an 18K gold nib with a wonderfully soft, bouncy feel. While Hongdian manufactured this original version exclusively with a gold nib, they later licensed a less elaborate steel-nib variant to Xi Yun.

The Hongdian D6 Han Dynasty is a bold, highly detailed fountain pen. It features a deep red body with exquisite decorative elements that honor the opening of the Silk Road. The pen heavily leans into Han Dynasty history with cold enamel, lost-wax engravings, and vacuum gold plating. It even uses a scroll ring functioning as an ink window.
