Inkforge partners with independent retailers who share an appreciation for thoughtfully made writing goods. Complete the application below to request access to wholesale pricing, MAP, and MSRP information.

Applications are reviewed individually. Submission does not guarantee approval. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

Wholesale Information

Thank you for your interest in carrying Inkforge products. We are committed to producing premium fountain pen-friendly stationery in small batches with an emphasis on craftsmanship, quality materials, and exceptional writing performance. The following terms apply to approved wholesale accounts.

Pricing

Please refer to Inkforge.ink for wholesale pricing and suggested retail prices (MSRP). All prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum wholesale order: $200 USD.

Shipping Charges

Free domestic shipping on wholesale orders of $750 USD or more.
For orders under the $750 USD free shipping threshold, actual carrier shipping rates will be calculated and invoiced at checkout.

Sales Channel Restrictions

Retailers may sell Inkforge products in their physical brick-and-mortar locations and on their own independent websites. Selling on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time the order is placed, prior to shipping.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

Retailers must agree to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) listed on the current Line Sheet. Products may not be advertised at a discount greater than 15% without prior written approval.

Turnaround / Lead Time

In-stock wholesale orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from our Jacksonville Beach studio. You will be notified immediately if any items require a longer lead time.

Damages, Defects, and Returns

Wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any damages, defects, or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
